Legal Requirement

Legislative changes in the UK and in the EU mean that manufacturers need to make changes to ensure continued market access. These changes are in response to a need for both better accountability at the product level, and the UKs departure as a member state of the EU and the EEA.

THEMIS AR checks the legitimacy of a products testing reports, and the accuracy of the certification to ensure compliance. Manufacturers represented by THEMIS AR (most of whom are based outside of the UK/EU) are recognised through association as being product compliant which helps ensure market access.
